Serving Methods

Add the Poon Choi soup when heating on gas cooktop/ induction cooktop/ steam oven at least 40 minutes until the core temparature reaches above 75℃. Stir occationally with chopsticks (to prevent charing). Ready to enjoy unit it boils and the food is thoroughly heated.
